The health and safety of our staff and patients is something we take extremely seriously here at AP Smilecare, and it remains a key priority of ours throughout the unfolding events surrounding COVID-19, otherwise known as the coronavirus.
We’re constantly monitoring for new updates and announcements from the government and health authorities, and in accordance with the new guidelines from the British Dental Association, we regret to say that we’re now closed for non-urgent care.
We appreciate that it’s not welcome news for anyone, and so we’ll still be doing everything we can to help you throughout this difficult period. We’ll still be providing emergency dental advice and care to Denplan and private patients, and if you’re an NHS patient, we’ll still be able to provide some essential advice, and direct you to an appropriate clinic.
Since the situation is evolving on an almost daily basis, we’re taking care to keep our website, social media and answerphone messages updated with the latest information, so as soon as we know something, you’ll know it too. If you’re a Denplan or private patient, we’ll stay in touch via email and text to keep you posted on how we’re managing your care.
